Can I customize my eyewear?
Currently, we don’t offer custom designs but you can choose from a variety of frame colors, shapes, and lens options.
Do you provide blue light blocking lenses?
Yes! We offer lenses with blue light protection to reduce eye strain from digital screens.
What lens options are available?
We offer single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses with multiple coatings like anti-reflective, scratch resistance, and water/dust repellency.
How can I be sure about frame size and fit?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, temple length). Use these to compare with your current eyewear for the best fit.
What is Ultem Titanium, and why is it used?
Ultem Titanium is a lightweight, flexible, and durable material ideal for eyewear. It resists corrosion and is hypoallergenic, making it comfortable for daily wear.

Can I order prescription glasses?
Yes, you can upload your prescription at checkout, including single vision, bifocal, or progressive lenses.
How do I upload my prescription?
During checkout, you’ll find a secure upload option to submit your prescription PDF or image. You can also provide lens measurements if you have them.
What if I don’t have a prescription?
You can purchase non-prescription frames or sunglasses. We also recommend getting an eye test before ordering prescription lenses.
How long does it take to process a prescription order?
Prescription glasses usually ship within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.
Can I modify my prescription after ordering?
Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to update prescription details. Changes may delay delivery.
Do you provide lens replacement services?
At the moment, we do not offer lens replacements separately but stay tuned for upcoming service options.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange your eyewear within 15 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are return shipping charges refundable?
Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or damaged.
Do you offer warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, a 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered.
Can I exchange my glasses for a different frame or lens?
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days based on product availability. Contact support to check options.
