At Eyemode, we ensure that every product is thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product—or if you wish to request a color change—we are happy to assist you as per the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Defective or damaged products are eligible.
Exchanges based on color change, subject to product availability
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
Photo/video proof of the damage must be shared at the time of initiating the return or exchange.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a coupon code equal to the return value will be issued.
This coupon will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Shipping charges (if any) will also be refunded if the product was defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement, the exchanged item will be delivered within 7 days of receiving the defective product.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
