Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Eyemode, we ensure that every product is thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product—or if you wish to request a color change—we are happy to assist you as per the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Defective or damaged products are eligible.
- Exchanges based on color change, subject to product availability
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
- Photo/video proof of the damage must be shared at the time of initiating the return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a coupon code equal to the return value will be issued.
- This coupon will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Shipping charges (if any) will also be refunded if the product was defective or damaged.
Exchanges
- If you prefer a replacement, the exchanged item will be delivered within 7 days of receiving the defective product.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
Prescription Lens Policy
- For orders that include prescription lenses, only the frame value will be eligible for return or exchange
- The lens cost is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as lenses are custom-made based on individual prescriptions
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned without prior approval
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised handling
- Final sale or personalized items
How to Report a Damaged Product

- Provide your order ID and attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process or arrange a pickup
