Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Eyemode, we ensure that every product is quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer a return, refund, or exchange as outlined below:

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
  • Photo/video proof of the damage must be shared at the time of initiating the return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will also be refunded if the product was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer a replacement, the exchanged item will be delivered within 7 days of receiving the defective product.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised handling
  • Final sale or personalized items

How to Report a Damaged Product

  2. Provide your order ID and attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
