These minor repairs are not covered under the warranty but can be resolved free of cost:
- Loose or Missing Frame Screws
- Frame Misalignment
- Lens Popping Out or Falling from Frame
- Nose Pad Replacement
- Loose Fitment
How to Claim Warranty
- Submit 3–4 clear images of the defective product along with your Order ID & Contact Details.
- Claim Review – Our expert team will respond within 24–48 working hours.
- Processing Time – The complete validation and exchange process may take 5–7 working days.
- Claim Status Updates – All updates will be sent to your registered email.

- Never place glasses lens-down to prevent scratches.
- Always store in a protective case when not in use.
- Use a microfiber cloth for cleaning.
- Use only lens cleaner—avoid harsh liquids or chemicals.
