Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

  1. Eyeglasses / Powered Sunglasses: Eligible for refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Sunglasses: Eligible for refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. After the refund eligibility period, only exchanges will be provided.

Policy Exclusions

  • Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of:
    • Scratches on frames or lenses (unless reported at the time of delivery).
    • Damages due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Exchanges: A maximum of 1 exchange is allowed per order.

Scenarios That Are Repairable (Not Eligible for Refunds)

Certain issues can be resolved free of charge and do not qualify for refunds.
Note: Repairable option is valid till the warranty period, which is 1 year. Mail us with your order details for a smooth process!

Return Process

  1. Schedule a Free Pick-Up
    1. Request a return via the Eyemode website under “My Orders” or tap “Need Help/Contact Us.”
    2. We offer 100% free doorstep pick-up in most cities within 1–2 days of your request (some locations may be excluded).
    3. Ensure the product is packed and ready for collection by our designated pick-up partner.
    4. The product will go through a quality check – returns with damage, missing items, or empty packages will not be processed.
    5. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 days.
  2. Self-Ship the Product
    • If your location is not eligible for free pick-up, you can return the product via courier.
    • Pack the product securely in a box.
    • We’ll send you a return shipping label via email – print and attach it to your package.
    • Ship the package to the following address: Eyemode Returns Center (Address Needed)

Courier Reimbursement: We’ll refund up to ₹150 towards shipping costs once the product is received and verified (valid courier bill required).

Refund Process

Refund & Exchange Timeline

  • Refunds & exchanges take an average of 10–12 days from the initiation date. The refund will be processed only after we receive the product and complete a quality check.

Refund Options

  1. Website Credit (Fastest & Most Flexible Option)
    • Instant credit to your Eyemode account after the product is received.
    • Can be used online on the website.
    • Valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
    • 1 Website Credit = ₹5.
  2. Important:
    • Once issued, website credit cannot be converted into a refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refund to Original Payment Method
    • Wallets / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after product verification.
    • Credit Card: 7–10 business days after product verification.
    • UPI Payment: 48 hours (after submitting your bank details via a secure link).
  4. Note:
    • If your order was paid using a combination of website credit & online payment, the refund will be processed proportionally.
  5. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • COD order refunds will be initiated by mailing the customer and confirming the bank details given by them.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Refunds are initiated only after the product passes a quality check.
  2. Website Credit once selected cannot be changed to a cash refund.
